Greetings, Shoyeido friends:
It's been awhile since we've blogged or wall-posted - as Mama used to say, falling behind on your blogging/wall posting is never a good thing (she didn't really) - but in our defense, the silence has been for a pretty good reason: we're working on several major new projects, one of which is spiffy new, modern website! While we're still a little ways away from being able to make "official" announcements or share sneak peaks, we did want to dive into the pool here and say "Hi" to all of our loyal followers. And we'll strive to be better about the blogging, too.
As the headline of this post says, here are a few pics of our town's current springtime weather rollercoaster. The dry weather shots were snapped on a hike last weekend along Boulder's scenic Dakota Ridge open space; the snowy scene image was taken just this morning.
Looking toward the northeast from the Mt. Sanitas trail, North Boulder and the Boulder Reservoir spread out below.
One of Boulder's many anvil-shaped boulders. Mt. Sanitas trail.
A typical Front Range sunset of clear skies and wispy lenticular clouds.
Waking up today to a foot of heavy, wet snow.
